Perfect Caramel Pecos Pralines!

Use 1 container caramel icing, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut. Heat icing in microwave for 3 1/2 - 4 minutes on high. Add pecans and coconut. Stir well and drop by teaspoonfuls on to a cookie sheet. Allow to cool. See more here.

Delicious German Chocolate Cookies

Try these German Chocolate Cookies! 1 German chocolate cake mix, 3 eggs and 1/4 cup oil. Mix ingredients. Drop by spoon bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool. Top with one container of caramel icing in microwave for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Add pecans and coconut. Spread over cooled German chocolate cookies. Learn more.

Caramel Custard for Trifle

Try this Caramel Custard for Trifle. Use 3 cups of cold milk, 6 tablespoons corn starch, 1 egg well beaten, 1 22 ounce container caramel icing
your choice of flavor (amaretto, vanilla, etc.) Dissolve cornstarch in cold milk. Heat milk, icing, and egg. Cook over medium heat stirring until custard is thick. Stir in flavor. Suggestions: Layer with angel food cake, top with whipped cream for trifle. Add cooked rice for praline rice custard. View all here.

Want some delicious Caramel Syrup? Use 1 cup icing and 1 1/2 cup boiling water. Dissolve icing in water and pour over batter - do not stir. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Serve at room temperature with whipped cream. Learn more.

Great Caramel Date Pudding!

Ever tried a Caramel pudding with dates? Use 2 cups flour. 1/4 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup caramel icing, 1 cup hot water, 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup chopped dates. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Dissolve icing in hot water and add to flour mixture to make batter. Spoon batter into a greased pan 8x12 pan. View more here.
